Tali Oren Design Finds Inspiration in the Rocky Mountains

A new Denver-based headquarters brings the founder’s creativity full circle

Tali Oren Design is opening a new primary location in Denver bringing a fresh perspective to the Rocky Mountain region. The headquarters will be in Denver in a Victorian home built in 1885. Renovations are currently underway, and the space will be ready for client visits in June 2024.

Prior to establishing the firm’s Denver home base, Tali Oren Design was founded in 2018 in New York City. The NY office will remain to facilitate the ease and convenience of serving clients from coast to coast. “Oren attended college in Boulder and fell in love with the area as an avid skier and outdoor aficionado. She is thrilled to be returning to Colorado to offer clients her take on a traditional aesthetic in Western interiors,” says Converse Falcon Roberts at C. Falcon Creative Consulting. “Her new office will serve as a wonderful example of historic property renovation.”

A graduate of New York’s Pratt Institute, Oren is best known for her sophisticated, polished interiors and elevated, luxurious style. She trained at the Danish Institute of Design in Copenhagen, and the Elisava School of Design and Engineering in Barcelona. She completed a specialized study of textiles in France. Oren is a classically trained furniture designer fluent in the language of shape, texture, and juxtaposition. As Roberts points out, “The world was Oren’s education.”

Oren’s eye for design has been honed by her appreciation and experience of global exploration. She draws inspiration from her love of the arts, and her designs often feature monochromatic palettes featuring neutral hues with accents of vibrant color. Each project begins with deliberate consideration of her clients’ needs and evolves from there to create eclectic spaces imbued with natural energy, understated elegance, and modern sophistication.

Oren spares no level of detail. She is accomplished at designing custom light fixtures and bespoke color palettes. Layering fabrics and textiles gives her designs depth and warmth. “Her energy is infectious,” exclaims Roberts. “She never stops learning as she works to cultivate designs of worldly, sophistication for her clients. By exploring the harmony to commingle timeless and modern touches, Tali Oren Design guides clients toward an environment of comfort that best suits their lifestyle.
